Wershler Mortgages is a British Columbia–based mortgage brokerage specializing in self-employed borrowers and clients with multiple rental properties. With over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry — including time as a bank mortgage specialist — my approach is shaped by a deep understanding of lender underwriting, documentation requirements, and risk assessment.
I focus on structuring mortgage solutions that align with how income is reported and how lenders actually evaluate files. This reduces last-minute issues, improves approval reliability, and creates smoother outcomes for clients and the professionals who advise them.
My role is not to sell mortgages, but to provide clear, practical guidance through complex financing decisions, ensuring clients are well prepared, informed, and confident from initial planning through completion.
